We were so grateful to find this sweet cottage. It was absolutely perfect for my large family. I especially appreciated the room with two single beds. My grandmother was able to have her own bed that was a perfect height and proximity to her own restroom. The backyard made a nice space to hang out in and the front porch was straight out of a hallmark movie.
We sat on the porch, enjoyed coffee from the giant selection provided, and watched the leaves flutter down from the big trees all around while the kids played in the grass. It was so peaceful and exactly what my family needed.
The home is antique, but very very well kept. You can’t go wrong with this beautiful home. 😊

This was a great place for my family of 3. The air conditioning and fans worked very well. The king bed and sheets were nice. Great shower! Water pressure was fantastic. It was quiet too. Walkable to downtown. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at 209 Houston. It’s located between SFA and Main Street downtown. Both are easily walkable.
It’s as new, stylish and clean as it gets. Much nicer than the local hotels and we’ve tried them all.
We will be staying here for all of our future visits.

Our stay was perfect! Great location in town! We were able to prepare dinner at night. The place was super clean and comfortable. Loved sitting at the table out front. I would definitely stay there again!

The Peacock cottage is a great place to stay while in Nac. It’s conveniently located between downtown and SFA. We were able to walk to the parade for Homecoming which was also great. The bed was very comfortable and the space was perfect for the two of us. We will definitely stay again!

Thanks for a great stay in Nacogdoches! We enjoyed staying at the Wildwood Cottage and appreciate the covered parking and beautifully designed and appointed space! We highly recommend Jennifer as a host and would definitely stay there again. We loved that the place is walking distance to downtown Nac and enjoyed meeting super friendly local residents and trying some great restaurants while we were there!

Jennifer was very responsive, prompt in responding and tried to accommodate us in our traveling situation as best as she could. Loved the place and it was peaceful, quiet and very nice and clean. Loved sitting outside when we had time in the afternoon to enjoy the outside weather (which was very nice during our visit) while we were there. Local friends and family dropped by to visit for a little bit and it was easy to find for us and for them. It had everything we needed and our stay was great. Would recommend this place to others. Jennifer was very nice to us. We loved our stay at this Airbnb.

This place was absolutely perfect! The location is ideal—easy to find and in a quiet area. The home is beautifully furnished and exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This will definitely be our first choice whenever we visit the area again. Highly recommended!

We would stay there again. It was great. Great location. We really liked it and It was cozy. The smell of the flowers when you arrive was amazing when you step out of your vehicle. Jennifer was wonderful and very responsive when I had questions before we arrived. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing weekend.
