The Sweet Magnolia was originally a duplex that was remodeled over the years to be a single family home. A ton of effort and creativity brought it to the finished product you see today. You will love the spacious bedrooms and abundant natural lighting. TSM got its name from the giant magnolia tree growing in the front yard. Directly behind the Magnolia we are building a duplex with two 1 bedroom, 1 bath units so you have a place to stay when you travel to Nac alone or with another guest. 😁

We are able to offer free parking for two vehicles in the driveway. The city enforces a no street parking ordinance. If you happen to have more than 2 vehicles, please make arrangements to park the additional cars elsewhere. Downtown is just 4 blocks away. There are sidewalks that make walking safer.
