In addition to being incredibly close to campus, The Pink Pine is also only a 4 minute drive from downtown dining, shopping, and entertainment. Restaurants including Chick-fil-A and Shipley Donuts are mere steps away! TPP offers three king sized memory foam beds and a sofa for sleeping, free COVERED PARKING for 2 vehicles, 4 smart TVs, high speed internet, high-end amenities, and a private outdoor patio for relaxing and grilling before or after the big game. The Pink Pine has been beautifully updated with marble counters in the kitchen, stainless steel appliances and wood flooring throughout the home. Each room and space was designed with your comfort in mind. The bamboo blinds throughout the home offer excellent room darkening so you can turn in early of sleep in late (or both!). Each bedroom offers a king size memory foam mattress so catching zzz’s is a breeze. There is a small fan and a ceiling fan in each room for your comfort and white noise needs. The Nest thermostat allows you to customize your heating and cooling settings for the duration of your stay.

Neighborhood

The Pink Pine is located in one of the most well-established neighborhoods in Nacogdoches, and we are so thankful to be a part of it. There are many older homes nearby, and walking trails are just a couple of blocks from TPP.

Guest Access

You have full access and use of the right two carport bays for the duration of your stay. Please keep in mind that the far left carport bay is reserved for our Pine a cottage guests. The Pine Cottage is directly behind the carport, so please be mindful of your headlights at night so as not to disturb our guests there.

I booked the Airbnb for two of my Work associates. They had to go to work out in Texas and we are in Georgia the guys when they got there said this place is really nice. They said it’s very clean. Nice area quiet they really enjoyed the house, Jennifer was very proactive. We left a couple days early. She was ready to give us instructions on how we leave the house. The good thing is I like the fact that when they left all they had to do if there was dishes, put them in the dishwasher and put the towels where they wouldn’t soil. They didn’t ask us to clean the entire house. Take the bed apart , none of that we paid for the service and that’s what they gave us. I really do appreciate it. There’s no list that we had to complete and no extra cleaning that we had to do that made it easier for the guys that were there. Thank you again Jennifer for a lovely home and hopefully if we do another job in Texas, we can rent your home.

We are grateful for the opportunity to stay in Pink Pine. We didn’t want to leave. The king beds were very comfortable. The home was freshly cleaned. Jennifer communicated with us often. We hope to return there in the future.
